Service Commissioning
Not only are service commissioning failures costly to fix, but they significantly reduce customer satisfaction levels. UTEST allows operators to test the network when a customer places their order and before your engineer leaves the depot to provision the service. The test, which runs up to the final distribution point, takes seconds and eliminates wasted truck rolls while boosting customer satisfaction levels throughout the lifespan of your network. To complete the installation, the engineer can then run a full OTDR test up to the ONT/ONU before sign-off, again reducing service activation failures.
